Case study 1

Case Study -
A 25 Year old woman consulted her family physician, complaining of frequency of urination and dysuria. After two days no relief, followed by fever with chills for the last 24 hours.
Microscopic analysis of urine in laboratory showed the presence of pus cells of  >1 per high power field in an uncentrifuged specimen, no cast.

h/o increase frequency of urination and dysuria last 2 days
followed by fever and chills .

Making a diagnosis ???
history is a short , so any acute type of microbial infection , may be virus ,bacteria , fungi and trophozoite or other than microbial infection . ????
